Recently got the upstairs carpeted using carpets direct, don’t usually leave reviews but the service Mike gave us was so good and impressed us that we just had to let others know. He helped us with our budget to get what we wanted without drastically changing quality. Also the gents who measured up and then fitted the carpets were also very thorough and expertly done. Myself and my wife are very happy with the job from start to finish and wish Mike and his team many more years of success from their care and hard work on behalf of their customers.

From the get go Mike was brilliant. He showed us everything in the shop and tailored to our taste. He even left us bring the swatch book home with us to get a real feel for the colour in our home. Superb service! From the extremely reasonable quote to measurement, order and installation everything took about 8 days. Carpet picked was based on recommendations and we got the stairs, landing and hallway done in two half day installations. Old carpet also removed. Would definitely use Carpets Direct again. Everything about my experience with Direct Carpets was excellent, from my initial meeting with Mike and all the advice he gave me on what would be the best carpet for stairs. The measuring, the removal of old carpet and fitting of new carpet was so professional, thank you… (they even hoovered up afterwards ) . The quality and the price of my carpet was fantastic.
